Marketing doesn't have to cost hundreds of dollars
There's LOTS of things you can do to spread the word about your doula business that don't cost anything.  I built a thriving postpartum doula business without spending any money after my training (besides less than $100 on my website).

Many postpartum doulas earn enough to support their families
While plenty of doulas will warn you that you "can't earn a living as a doula", there are M A N Y of us who do and who do it year after year.  Earning a living while doing the work you love (and helping people) is THE.BEST.FEELING.IN.THE.WORLD.

Even though the reasons to be a postpartum doula are obvious (hello...we get paid to snuggle babies!), the path to building a successful postpartum doula business is anything but

I remember being in your shoes.  You don't know where to begin - do you make business cards or your website first?  Do you spend money on Facebook ads?  Drop of big piles of brochures at OB offices?

Once you realize that marketing is what you need to focus on, you can stop wasting time and energy (and money!) on things that don't help you get clients.
