10:15 am - Expanding your Horizons: Emily will be sharing about the importance of having multiple streams of revenue and client entry points. She'll also share personal examples of how she's done this in her own doula business with Birth Ball Basics™ and Postpartum Recovery® classes. Discover ways to do this in your own business in this one hour session.
11:30 am - Instagram Intensive - How to Use Instagram to Reach Local Clients - Instagram is where the pregnant people are scrolling…but, are they seeing you? Darcy will teach you how to reach local moms-to-be (not just other doulas!) on Instagram. This will be a hands-on workshop - phones out! Upgrade your bio, learn about hashtags and many more techniques to harness the power of Instagram.
12:30-1:00 - Lunch - please bring your own lunch. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
1:00 pm - 3 Talks for Doulas: Mini Sessions for Prenatals and Centering Groups. In this session, Emily will show you how to grow your community exposure and client base by providing short 20 mins talks that engage, educate and excite the participants. We'll take a dive into how you can get started doing this by replicating Emily's model and coming up with ideas of your own. Guaranteed to grow your business as your market gets to know-like-and-trust you as the expert in your community.
2:00 pm - The Content Cycle - Work smarter, not harder and learn Darcy’s best tips for repurposing your content so that you can spend more time being a doula and less time creating content to market your doula business.
3:00 pm - Doula Power Hour - finish out the day with a free-for-all Q and A to hone in on your burning questions and straight answers from Emily and Darcy
